I serve as the clients’ first point of contact, championing the client relationship by responding to inquiries, managing communications, and coordinating meetings.
I ensure Infinity's clients are up to date by sending out timely and relevant industry news. I am also part of the team that puts together our seminars, workshops and classes. These are designed to keep you informed and educated on industry leading tools and trends.
I also assist in maintaining the records and database of our private client accounts. It is vital to maintain all correspondence and paperwork to guarantee everything is precise on your behalf.
Coming from an extensive 12-year background in customer service, one of my main priorities is delivering the best possible experience. I take a proprietary interest in my work and am here to ensure that all of your expectations are met.
